Redmark Limited is committed to minimising the impact of its activities on the environment. We aim to raise our staff’s awareness of environmental issues and enlist their support in improving the Company’s performance.

        RECYCLING AT WORK – REDUCE - RE-USE - RECYCLE

        You don't actually need to recycle if you don't generate the "waste" in the first place!

        Cut down on the amount of paper and the effect on the environment and save costs at the same time.

        Don't use bleached paper - use recycled paper

        Don't print out emails

        Print on both sides of the paper

        Re-use scrap paper for notes

        Turn it off when not in use- Lights – Computers - Heating

        Recycle paper computers and printers.  

·         Minimise toxic emissions - we operate a car share policy

·         Source and promote a product range to minimise the environmental impact of both production and distribution and to promote recycling.

Old products can be harmful to the environment and harmful to children if they should get into their hands. The local council recycling centre is the best place to take old and partially used items to get recycled properly. They are also there to provide you with advice and most household and vehicle products can be disposed of properly.

Quality Policy Statement

Our aim at Redmark Limited is to meet customer requirements and strive to exceed customer expectations

Redmark Limited are suppliers of Promotional Clothing, Workwear Staff Uniform, Corporate Clothing, Promotional Items and Business Gifts .

We brand logos as required - embroidery, print, tax tab woven labels.

Our strength is in sourcing the garments and promotional items you require, offering a cost effective solution for your project and working to any required deadline delivery dates.

 

We are used to setting up new projects and give friendly advice on selecting suitable items -  our online catalogue with over 600 items www.redmarklimited.com  shows our unique selection of products.

In addition our “green” website www.green-promotional.co.uk shows our selection of environmentally friendly product options. 

The way we organise your order is important to ensure that you receive the quality branded goods you order. Principally the goods we select are from stock supported ranges and we then organise the unique details of branding. As we are supplying items from the ranges of recognised promotional trade brands our customers benefit from improved pricing, quality monitoring and large stock holding. 

Our usual procedure would be for us to discuss your requirements, supply samples for you to select from, confirm the items to be supplied and delivery options. Where required we can supply branded items for approval   

Special manufacture items can also supplied but this is subject to minimum order quantities and longer lead times. - which may not be suitable for every contract.   

Our staff and order processing system work to support the system outlined above.


Returns Policy

Faulty goods can be returned By prior arrangement. The details must be notified to us immediately – a maximum of 10 days from receipt at the latest - and confirmed in writing within 5 days. Your order administrator will then discuss the specifics of the problem with you and advise on a suitable resolution.

Clothing must be un worn and all goods unused and in their original packaging.  

By prior arrangement- means that you will have requested, and been issued with, a special REDMARK AUTHORISED RETURNS NOTE and the details of carriage for the return arranged as appropriate 

All claims for shortage of goods or wrong goods supplied must be notified to us immediately – a maximum of 10 days from receipt at the latest - and confirmed in writing within 5 days. Your order administrator will then discuss the specifics of the problem with you and advise on a suitable resolution.

Clothing must be un worn and all goods unused and in their original packaging. 

Redmark Limited will not accept the return of plain goods or goods with a logo embroidered or printed once they have been used or worn. 

Goods, which have been ordered incorrectly by the purchaser and have been printed or processed, cannot be returned and will not be credited.
