EMBROIDERY

OUR MINIMUM ORDER FOR EMBROIDERY IS 12 GARMENTS WITH THE SAME LOGO IN THE SAME COLOURS. This can be a mixture of garments in different sizes. 

To embroider your logo it has to be set up in the special format of the embroidery machine. The cost of this will depend on the number of stitches in the design. The larger the size of the logo the more stitches but where a logo requires a fully stitched background a small logo can have quite a lot of stitches.

As a guide an average logo would have approximately 4000 stitches and the set up cost would be £35.00 net

90mm wide 7500 stitches

Embroidery set up is a one time charge at the size setup. 

Cost to embroider on the garment is based on the number of stitches, and machine set up. Typically a 4000 stitch embroidery would cost £1.50 each net. The number of colours in the design does not usually affect the price.

Embroidery is always an impression of the design rather than the precision of printing. There are many embroidery thread colours but not as many as there are Pantone Colours in screen printing. We would match your design colours to the nearest available thread colour.

Artwork Required For Embroidery Set Up- We can usually set up a logo for embroidery based on a reasonable quality picture or letterhead.

LEAD-TIMES - Our usual lead-time for print and embroidery is 2 weeks BUT please tell us if you have a delivery deadline and we can check our production and try to accommodate you requirements.  

SCREEN PRINTING ON GARMENTS

OUR MINIMUM ORDER FOR SCREEN PRINTING IS 20 GARMENTS WITH THE SAME LOGO IN THE SAME COLOURS. This can be a mixture of garments in different sizes.  

To screen print your logo screens have to be produced for the design. The cost of this will depend on the number of colours in the design. Screens are £25 each net per colour per design. The cost of a screen print reduces as the print run increases. For example:-  Quantity 20, 1 colour prints £2.00 each net. Quantity 200, 1 colour prints £0.90 each net.     For screen printing the size of the logo does not normally affect the cost. Colours of the design are printed using the Pantone reference system.

 Artwork Required For Screen Printing- A good quality picture file jpg, bmp, tiff file. Minimum 300 dpi . Artwork created using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator , CorelDraw - PC versions.

We can sometimes set up a logo for screen print based on a reasonable quality letterhead or printout.

ADVICE ON PRINTING AND ENGRAVING OF PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Popular Products we print are:- Pens, Umbrellas, Mugs, Bags, Sports Bottles, Glasses, Mousemats, Lanyards, Computer Mice, USB Flash Drives, Key-Rings, Badges, Post It Note Pads, Calculators, Conference Folders and various Premium Products.

We supply a large range of promotional items all of which have a minimum order requirement and their own unique print area. Some items are suitable for print or  engraving. On sight of your logo we will advise what is the best way to brand your selected product. The cost of print set up for promotional items ranges from £0.00 (post it notes set up included) -£55.00 net (4.colour process printing on mouse mats ). The average set up, origination, price is £35.00 net( pens, mugs, bags). For repeat orders the origination cost is reduced by approximately  10%.

Artwork Requirements For Printing Promotional Items. - Files for PC (not MAC). Editable EPS file with all lines converted to curves or vectorised. Preferred  drawing package file- Adobe Illustrator file maximum Version 10.                 Colours of the design are printed using the Pantone reference system.

We will always try to help with artwork questions. We can create text for you in many different fonts and may be able to create a logo in the correct format from a good  quality letterhead or printout.
