TERMS and CONDITIONS

All goods and services supplied by Redmark Limited are on the understanding that customers are fully aware and agree to the following terms and conditions

Payment Terms: All invoices to customers with approved, credit facilities are payable within 30 days net from the date of invoice but fall due immediately on the appointment of a Receiver, Liquidator or Administrator or on any other act of insolvency.

Overdue Accounts: We reserve the right to apply a credit charge of a maximum of 7% above base rate per month or part thereof for overdue invoices and to withhold further supplies until the arrears are paid.

Claims: All claims for shortage of goods or wrong goods supplied must be notified to us immediately and confirmed in writing within 5 days.

Redmark Limited will not accept a return of goods once they have been worn.

Goods, which have been ordered incorrectly by the purchaser and have been printed or processed, cannot be credited.

Ownership Ownership does not pass from Redmark Limited until full payment has been received. Redmark Limited reserves the right to enter the purchaser’s premises, or its agent, or customer, to repossess all or part of the goods; without prejudice to any other legal remedy available to them.

Responsibility: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of the size of garments ordered and whether the specifications are based on actual garment size or “to fit” sizes.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure consistency of size, material, colour and shade Redmark Limited cannot be held responsible for such variations

Copyright: In acceptance of artwork, Redmark Limited, assumes the customer is a copyright holder, or an authorised user licensed by the copyright holder and will indemnify Redmark Limited against any infringement of copyright law that may arise.

Quantities: Redmark Limited reserve the right on all custom design orders to deliver 10% above or below the actual quantity ordered without prior notification.

Samples: Unless returned within 2 weeks all unbranded sample items are chargeable plus carriage, packing and VAT.

Delivery: All goods are offered subject to availability. Redmark Limited will not liable for delays or damages due to circumstances beyond their control.

Goods despatched to a third party at the purchaser’s request are entirely at the purchaser’s own risk.

Prices: All prices are exclusive of V.A.T. and are subject to the prevailing rate applicable.

Carriage and Packing: Each despatch is exclusive of packing and carriage
